as per Daryl D. after going out for an inspection-there is no ADU being done-it's only a detached garage with a toilet and sink in garage area and the attic space will be for storage only-ok to call in inspections=although plumber need sto verify fixture count-as per owner dot adding all the fixtures that were pulled
