Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of interior finishes and millwork, removal of existing flooring, removal of existing storefront glazing, removal of existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, removal of existing light fixtures, mechanical registers and diffusers, and existing ceiling and suspension system. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept.
