The sign has a total area of about 8 square feet. In addition, to install a series of LED internally illuminated pan channel letters with vinyl faces on the South elevation of the building. The letters will be attached to a raceway that will be attached to the exterior wall as detailed on the drawings. The sign has a total area of about 7 square feet with no letter larger than about one square foot.
