Please comply with the stamping area requirement on all plans including the prefabricated building plan sheets.
If mechanical is being provided please provide the mechanical plans. Design Build is not allowed.
Lighting is not a design build option please provide a lighting plan.
The building code analysis indicates no fire sprinklers, however the building fire area is over 12,000 sq. ft. and per section 903.2.9 the building is required to be fully fire sprinklered.
