Per the plans and description as well as the the attached engineers letter al structural members showing any signs of damage are to be replaced including roof trusses, beams and any bearing wall elements. Thsi building is not fire sprinklerd. Smoke detector are required to be installed. Carbon monoxide alarms are also required if any fuel burning appliances are installed or present in the structure. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of the project.CDM
