All exit lights/emergency lighting in tenant sapce needs serviced, provide emergency lighting for exit discharge above both south exit doors. Items on rear storage racking needs to be lowered, need 24 inches of clearance between ceiling and top of storage in non-sprinklered buildings. Provide cover plates fo open electrical boxes where wire is visible.
