Permit is to remodel an existing 9,489 sq. ft. hairdressing salon/college space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select walls, removal of select millwork, relocation of select floor drains, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a hall leading to existing storage area and a break kitchenette, select new door/door frame, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Noted that barber college was operating with no cert. of occupancy. Fire/life/safety inspection failed, per fire corrections additional horn strobes need to be added and a fire sprinkler head is over spaced. No temp. occupancy has been given by fire inspector. It appears that a fire alarm permit has been issued and treasure valley fire is doing the sprinkler work per the tenant. A correction notice was issued stating that no occupancy is allowed until all fire issues have been resolved and building final has been scheduled and inspected. Did note that the tenant did have a sign at main entry stating that the college was closed until this wednesday.
