(TREASURE DENTAL LAB - SIGN) (CSN17-00223) To remove an existing double-faced free-standing monument sign having a vertical surface area of about 62 square feet located in the Northwest corner of the parcel next to West Barnes Street and to replace it with a new LED internally illuminated double-faced free-standing monument sign having a vertical surface area of about 50 square feet. A new concrete pad on grade will be placed to level the sign. The existing steel support pole and footing will be reused. The sign cabinet will be fabricated aluminum, the sign face will be polycarbonate with surface vinyl graphics, and the base will be stucco. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Attachments are required to be sufficient to resist all design gravity and lateral loads. **CJW**
