the ground mounted solar array does not appear to meet the rear yard setback. I estimate the array structure to be approximately 360 square feet (please verify) and thus it needs to be a minimum of 9-feet from the rear setback, as long as the structure is 6-feet from any other structure. Please submit a site plan with dimensions of the array and the measurements from the property lines.
