(BELMONT PLAZA - DEAD-ON ARCHERY) **Permit to remodel an existing 13,208 sq ft retail tenant space within the existing Belmont Plaza. The building was previously occupied by K-Mart and subdivided into smaller tenant spaces under shell/core permit BLD17-01449. Work to include demo of interior non-structural partitions, new interior non-bearing walls, new exterior storefront and doors, new interior re-lites, new ceiling, new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work, and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building AND to allow 3-hr fire barrier walls in lieu of fire walls. The fire sprinkler system is NOT allowed to be used for building area increase for A Occupancies. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JAR**

as per Doug in addressing-permit was turned in with 10477 address but needs to be 10491-it was addressed incorrectly as 10487. I talked to Jim with Datum and will email him so he can sign the building permit with the correct address-talked to Jim Raines again-he is aware of the address change and will get the permit signed by the correct person and email it back to me
