(SLOANCO OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE – SOIL WORK AND BUILDING FOUNDATION ONLY) (DRH17-00279) The fire sprinkler system will be used for building area increase, story increase, and for fire area. This permit is for excavation, fill compaction, footings, and foundations only for a future 17,607 square foot building (14,668 square feet 1st story and 2,939 square feet 2nd story). No other footings or foundations on site are allowed to be installed under this permit. The rest of the work will be done under permit BLD17-02932. Special Inspection is required for soils (excavation and compacted fill) and concrete. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the Geotechnical Engineer’s recommendations, with the Structural Calculations, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This permit is not intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant or for any portion of this building. **CJW**
