Description	(BOISE EXPRESS LAUNDRY CENTER – NORTH WING) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel an existing 2,554 square foot space to be used as a self-service laundromat. This space is part of an existing 6,540 square foot building. Early start permit BLD17-03984 was issued on November 16, 2017. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, an automatic horizontal sliding exterior door, washers, dryers, folding tables, work counter, water heater, and finishes. Separate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits are required. Make-up air louvers will be installed in the roof and dryer exhaust ducts will penetrate the East wall which is located a little more than 5 feet from the East property line. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. *CJW
