Scope of work includes: construction of slab on grade concrete foundation, pre-engineered shell with insulation, interior non-bearing walls, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. All work shall comply with the approved plans, CAA17-00184 and all applicable codes. This building is NOT Fire Sprinklered. Note: Special Inspections Required, see form 310.
