Prior to the City of Boise issuing any building permits, submit written documentation from Idaho Power stating the building separation from the powerline is appropriate and the design of the project has been reviewed and approved. You may coordinate with Cory Bolander at Idaho Power (###-#### or cbolander@idahopower.com).

Submit a common wall agreement for the shared wall between the garages. The applicant has not provided the elevations of the two garage units.

Install a 5-foot concrete sidewalk on N. 29th Street abutting the site.

Close the existing driveway that intersects N. 29th Street with standard curb, gutter and sidewalk to match the surrounding improvements.

Landscape the front yard up to the existing sidewalk on N. 29th Street.
