Existing 30" window in Kitchen to be repalced wirth 36" wide window and other window to be replaced in existing opening. New vanity in Bathroom. All new doors and windows to meet Energy Code. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as required. All work to be done according to plans, notes and local codes. **BJM**
