(EPISCIENCES MANUFACTURING) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and story increase. Permit for the construction of a new 18,446 sq. ft., 2-story concrete tilt-up building for a makeup manufacturing and office facility and associated site work. Scope of work includes: construction of slab on grade concrete foundation, concrete tilt up construction, second floor, interior non-bearing walls, restrooms, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
