Permit to remodel an existing 17,744 sq ft retail tenant space within the existing Belmont Plaza. The building was previously occupied by K-Mart and subdivided into smaller tenant spaces under shell/core permit BLD17-01449. Special inspections required per Form 310. The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building AND to allow 3-hr fire barrier walls in lieu of fire walls.
