To remodel an existing 517 square foot tenant space for an exam and cosmetic injection tenant. The restroom was constructed under the shell permit and is required to be maintained accessible to the disabled as defined by the 2009 IBC. Work is to include interior finishes and furniture. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
