(ST. LUKE’S MEDICAL OFFICE – OUTPATIENT CLINIC TI – NORTH END OF BUILDING) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for code trade-offs. To construct interior improvements within a new 18,063 square foot shell space for a medical office outpatient clinic. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD16-04337. The underslab plumbing work was done and the concrete floor slab was placed under permit BLD17-02224. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 10 single-user toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, an accordion folding partition including support, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings at toilet rooms, unistrut systems to support hanging medical equipment, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
