Provide single action hardware on the interior door with ability to unlock from outside, remove the thumb turn deadbolt from the north exit door, mount the fire extinguisher, provide smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors as per the approved plans, provid ecode compliant exit signs/emergency lights/exit discharge lights as per the plans and fire review notes, provide covers for the electrical outlets.

Spoke with the property manager informing him that if the parcel owner is acting as gc they will need to fill out the 302 and 306 forms and would also need to sign for the permit. If the parcel owner is letting the tenant or property manager act as gc we will need a letter stating that and they would still fill out the forms. Also informed a licensed plumber will have to pull the pulmbing permit since it is a commer. bld/daycare
