Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 multi-user toilet rooms upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, a sink within an existing single user toilet room relocation to make the toilet accessible to the disabled, new suspended acoustical ceilings, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. A new wall will be constructed within the mechanical penthouse. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. CJW
