(BRICK FIRE CRAFT BEER & PIZZA - OCCUPANCY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 2,285 square foot restaurant building to be used by a new restaurant tenant. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. **CJW**

Previoulsy noted items have been completed, hood is acceptable without fire system based on site survey performed by Fire Experts, the closed type pizza oven does not require a fire system based on his survey. Final life fire safety inspection complete.

Fire extinguisher needs to be inspected and tagged accordingly. Provide a maximum occupancy placard for seating area. Emergency lights in seating area all need to be serviced. A commercial cooking hood fire suppression system company needs to perform a site visit to verify and provide documentation that what is installed over the pizza oven is correct and suitable for this application.
