(HILTON GARDEN HOTEL – SIGN) (CSN17-00318) (1) To install a 35 square foot (8.79 feet wide by 4 feet tall) double faced monument sign with an aluminum cabinet having acrylic letters and log internally illuminated with fluorescent lamps. The sign will be located near the Southeast corner of the lot. The sign will be installed around two 2” x 2” tube steel columns imbedded in 9” diameter by 2.5 feet deep concrete foundations. (2) To install a series of LED internally illuminated pan channel letters and logo with acrylic faces having a total area of about 200 square feet (with the logo about 49 square feet and with no letter piece larger than 13 square feet) on the South elevation of the building. (3) To install a series of LED internally illuminated pan channel letters and logo with acrylic faces having a total area of about 50 square feet (with the logo about 12 square feet and with no letter piece larger than 4 square feet) on the West elevation of the building. (4) To install a series of LED internally illuminated pan channel letters and logo with acrylic faces having a total area of about 95 square feet (with the logo about 12 square feet and with no letter piece larger than 6 square feet) on the North elevation of the building. (5) To install a series of non-illuminated flat cut out letters and logo (about 5 square feet total) on the South fascia elevation of the building at two locations. The letters and logo will be stud mounted to the exterior wall about 1/4" off the wall surface. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All attachments are required to be sufficient to resist gravity, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors considered. **CJW**
