The fixture count for the restrooms has been evaluated and approved based upon the pool and pool deck area indicated on the plans. The perimeter fence has also been addressed under this permit. The pool will be under a separate permit, BLD17-04347. Special Inspections required per attached Form 310. All work per the approved plans and the attached engineering. This building is not fire sprinklered. **JAR** A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
