(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE MALL STORAGE – BTS SPACE #1026A & #1026B) Permit is to remodel and add 506 sq. ft. area of mall storage space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) mall storage rooms, select new door/door frames, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, the existing smoke control system is also required to be maintained. **JG**
