Provice internally illuminated exit signage and emergency lighting on exterior gates. Fire caulk condensate drain hole in riser room, riser room is a 1 hour rated assembly. Escutcheon in level 1 common restroom does not cover the entire sprinkler hole, escutcheon must cover entire hole. Remove masking from sprinkler heads in level 2 janitors closet and mech room.

Construct and stripe all standard parking spaces to be 9-feet wide by 20-feet in length. Standard parking spaces that are 18-feet in length are allowed adjacent to a 6-foot wide sidewalk or adjacent to landscaping that is the appropriate width to accommodate for the bumper overhang.

Construct a 5-foot concrete sidewalk on the south side of the parking area located on the east side of the building. The sidewalk should connect from the southern parking stalls to the main building and to Emerald Street.
