To remodel a 1,454 square foot shell space for a new retail sales and phone repair tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, a service counter, furniture, directional signage to the toilet room, and interior finishes. The suspended acoustical ceiling, the lighting, the HVAC system, and the toilet room were installed under shell permit BLD15-04035. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. If an exterior door will be moved in the future, a separate building permit and approval from the Planning Division will be required. **CJW**
