(CATOR RUMA - SUITE 100) This building is fire sprinklered to meet the exception for no rated corridors and for area increase. This tenant improvement will include a change in occupancy. Permit to divide an existing charter school into a 6,630 sq ft office suite and a 2,900 sq ft office suite. See BLD17-04567 for adjacent suite's Vanilla TI permit. Work to include: interior demolition, including new opening in existing shear wall; new concrete slab tied into the existing slab; new suspended ceiling; new doors and hardware; new millwork; electrical and mechanical work; and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
