Changes to the construction material of the SE corner exterior envelope. The orginial design intended to seal the SE corner with a 2x6 wood framed wall. An updated design will modify the SE corner from 2x6 framed wall into a stroefront that will match the strore front of the opposing corner of the building. A modifed zoning certificate has already been approved for this design under CZC18-00001.
