(THE CAR PARK – KEY BANK BUILDING – 4th FLOOR SUITE #400) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 7,096 sq. ft. office tenant space located on the 4th floor of an existing high-rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (4) offices, open office areas, (2) conference rooms, a monitoring room, a server room, a reception/waiting area, an electrical equipment room, an interview room, a quiet room, a money room, a break area, a collaboration area, a hall and an accessible restroom, new door/door frames, select new interior windows, millwork, select new gypsum ceiling, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
