Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include new interior nonbearing walls to create an office, a storage room, a reception area, a treatment area and an accessible restroom, new door/door frames, concrete slab, millwork, suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, new lights, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
