Note 1: Exterior awnings Not part of this permit, awning/canopy shall be permitted separately and shall include structural engineering. Note 2: Sign footings allowed under this permit scope of work, a separate sign permit is required for the signs. Note 3: special inspection required, see attached 310 form. All interior and terminal planters are required to be a minimum of 8-feet in width (measured inside of curb to inside of curb). Install the required Class II tree and low growing shrubs or ground cover within each of the interior and terminal planters.

Site plan is required to include the entire site.

A recorded cross access agreement with Lake Harbor is required.

Pole lighting shall be relocated outside of the planter islands.
