Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and the attached engineering. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create open office areas, a conference room, an entry area, a break room, a copy area, an IT room, a warehouse area and (2) accessible restrooms, new door/door frames, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, new light fixtures, structural modification to select existing roof joist for new rooftop air unit, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
