Provide a maximum of 33-vehicle parking spaces.
Provide one van accessible space (8’ space with 8’ aisle) and one standard accessible space (8’ space with 5’ aisle) on the site.
Provide a minimum of 15-feet to the parking “bump outs” from the south and east property lines.
Provide two additional sidewalk connections that extend from Cory Lane to the two at grade units near Cory Lane.
Construct the two terminal planters located to the east of the duplexes to be 8-feet in width (measured inside of curb to inside of curb). Each planter is required to contain at least one Class II tree and shall be covered with low shrubs or other vegetative groundcover.
Provide a detailed landscape plan that identifies all species, size and location of all plantings on the site. The landscape plan must match the site plan. The species are required to contain a diverse planting palette to create year round color and design interest. This plan shall also include:
. 6 Class I street trees along Cory Lane
. One Class II or Class III tree located within all interior planter islands accompanied by low

shrubs or other vegetative groundcover.
. An effective landscape barrier planted on the south and west property lines.
. Include foundation plantings at the base of each building.
Relocate Community Mailbox so residents do not stand in the common driveway to get their mail.
