The site plan and greading plan shall match one another.

Provide a detailed landscape plan that identifies all species, size and location of all plantings on the site. The species are required to contain a diverse planting palette to create year round color and design interest. This plan shall also include:

. 6 Class I street trees along Cory Lane. (These are noted as NFP. NFP is not on the species list. They should be Class I trees that are approved by the Tree Selection Guide. Only 4 have been provided instead of teh required six. Also, these do not include the terminal planter trees that are required to be Class II trees.)

. One Class II or Class III tree located within all interior planter islands accompanied by low shrubs or other vegetative groundcover. (Sensation Box Elder trees are not an approved species wtihin the Tree Selection Guide. Replace this species with an approved Class II species within the Tree Selection Guide)

. An effective landscape barrier planted on the south and west property lines. (An effective buffer has not been provided. The mix of evergreen deciduous trees, shrubs, lawn, or other vegetative groundcover is required to result in an effective barrier within five years of installation and be maintained such that 60 percent or more of the vertical surface prevents the passage of vision through it.)
