Remove the cantilever on the second story for the activity/study areato provide the required 3-foot setback.
There is an overhead Idaho Power powerline that runs along the east property line of the site. The applicant will want to coordinate with Cory Bolander at Idaho Power ###-#### to ensure the building separation from the powerline is appropriate. The City will require that the applicant submit written documentation from Idaho Power approving the design prior to the City issuing any building permits.
