(CONDUENT) Fire sprinklers used for area increase. Permit is to remodel at three separate locations within an existing 65,329 sq. ft. business building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, new exterior concrete sidewalk, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a call center demising wall, a new secure entrance room, a training room, select new door/door frames, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate select light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Received phone call from new tenant Phil of “Continuum” stating he would like a C of O for the building, but he was told he could not because there was a pending permit. I contacted BRS architects (Julie B) and told her as responsible person in charge they are needing to get this permit finaled, I also gave Phil BRS’s number so they can communicate with each other and come together in finalizing this permit. Once permit is finaled we can then start an occupancy permit for Phil of “Continuum”
