Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Received phone call from new tenant Phil of “Continuum” stating he would like a C of O for the building, but he was told he could not because there was a pending permit. I contacted BRS architects (Julie B) and told her as responsible person in charge they are needing to get this permit finaled, I also gave Phil BRS’s number so they can communicate with each other and come together in finalizing this permit. Once permit is finaled we can then start an occupancy permit for Phil of “Continuum”
