(COMPLETE RESTORATION SERVICES) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 16,200 sq. ft. building with work to include removal of interior nonbearing partition walls and the construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create new office and breakroom areas on the first story and office and storage areas on the second story. The North portion of the space will consist of a drying room, cleaning areas and space for 4 washers and dryers. Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical work will also be completed. This building is fully fire sprinklered for a story increase and allowable area. Any alteration to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
