(BROADWAY PITA) (CSN18-00049) To install a double faced LED internally illuminated flagmount wall sign that will project from the West exterior wall of the building. The metal cabinet will have a total area of about 60 square feet (6 feet x 10 feet) and will project 8 feet from the exterior wall over the sidewalk below. The sidewalk is on private property. The sign is not allowed to extend over the public right-of-way and is required to have at least 8 feet of headroom below it. The metal cabinet will be about 18 inches thick. Acrylic faces with vinyl overlays will be provided. Horizontal square steel tubes (4” x 4” x 3/16”) welded to a 2’ x 4’ x 3/4" steel mountain plate will support the sign and will be mounted to the exterior wall using four 3/4"through bolts. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment detail, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Attachments, including welds, are required to be sufficient to resist all gravity, snow, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors included. **CJW**
