Hello Corey, the site plan for 2103 Pebblecreek shows the old property line and only a portion of the new line. We will need the accurate new line depicted on the plan to make sure no errors are made in the field.

Also, the driveway cannot be wider than 33-feet in the front setback, which is 20-feet. I think you could move the top of the arc southerly and perhaps get where you need to.

Zoning will need to see a new site plan before we can approve it.
