(MWI ANIMAL HEALTH) Permit is to remodel an existing 11,616 sq. ft. third floor business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls for new door openings, removal of select interior door/door frames and relocate, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (10) offices, (3) conference rooms, a break area, a storage room, a print room and open office areas, select wall infill, select new door/door frame, millwork, select ne suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Received phone call from architect Ben Bernier that shear walls were discovered during the interior demo permit #BLD18-00835 and is going to require structural review, new revised plans are being drawn up and engineering calculations will be required. All this was let know to architect that when revised plans and engineering are emailed to me I will upload and send to out-source for review which he is aware will prolong the review time frame.
