(Vanilla Shell Space - SUITE #110) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel the remaining existing 3,272 sq. ft. shell space to create a 1,630 sq. ft. vanilla tenant space within the existing 4,930 sq. ft. building, (shell building created under BLD15-01601). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
