To remodel an existing 2,130 square foot tenant space for a new take-out pizza business located within an existing 8,000 square foot building. Work is to include a new exterior storefront “driver’s” door, interior nonbearing walls, a suspended acoustical ceiling, gypsum board soffit, a Type I grease hood and duct system with duct wrap, a grease interceptor, all-in-one clothes washer/dryer unit, kitchen equipment, a walk-in cooler, and finishes. The roof will be re-inforce to support the new 597 pound roof top HVAC unit. Special Inspection is required for welding. The welding of existing steel roof trusses shall comply with the truss manufacturer’s instructions and specifications. Any new work within the restrooms is required to be accessible to the disabled as defined by current accessibility standards. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural engineer’s design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
