(NXEDGE – BUILDING #4) Permit to remodel to create a 3,889 sq. ft. cleanroom manufacturing area within the existing 32,350 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing area demising walls, select new door/door frames, installation of pre-manufactured cleanroom walls and roof panels to create a corridor, packing room, a metrology room, a QC room, a presentation area, a cleaning room, an unpacking room and a gowning room, select new interior design footings, framing and columns, select interior viewing windows, structural modifications to roof structure for new roof mechanical equipment, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: Special inspection required see attached form 310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
