To convert an existing 2,728 square foot A-3 occupancy tenant space within a 4,536 sq ft building to a child daycare. Care of children less than 2.5 years of age is allowed only within the rooms as redlined on the approved drawings. Work to include: removing existing oven; new sign-in counter and cubbies; changing swing of egress door; and new flooring, paint, and interior finishes in compliance with 2015 IBC Ch.8. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. A new fire alarm system will be installed and is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.
