Provide a minimum of 12 bicycle parking spaces on the site. A minimum of 3 of the 12 bicycle parking spaces shall be covered. To comply with the current code, the bicycle parking spaces shall be located a minimum of 50-feet from the main entrance to the building. The space shall also be a minimum of 6-feet long and 2.5-feet wide and have an overhead clearance of 7-feet if covered.
A 4-foot wide aisle is required between rows of bicycle parking spaces or nearby walls. Stationary racks shall be located on improved non-permeable surfaces and anchored to the ground. ***There is not a bicycle rack detail. The landscape plan says the detail is on a plan that has not been provided.
