Provide a rooftop screening detail to be reviewed and approved. The mechanical screen should be fullyfinished and include trim and full height screening.

a. Provide a minimum of 12 bicycle parking spaces on the site. A minimum of 3 of the 12 bicycle parking spaces shall be covered. The bicycle parking spaces shall be located within 50-feet of the main entrance to the building. The spaces shall also be a minimum of 6-feet long and 2.5-feet wide and have an overhead clearance of 7-feet if covered. A 4-foot wide aisle is required between rows of bicycle parking spaces or nearby walls. Stationary racks shall be located on improved non-permeable surfaces and anchored to the ground.
