Permit is to remodel an existing 2,233 sq. ft. business space on the 2nd floor within the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) interview rooms, a communication room, a copy/work area, a break area, open office area, a conference room and a reception/waiting area, select new door/door frames, new suspended acoustic ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
