THE OWNER DECIDED TO REPLACE ALL OF THE ASPHALT IN THE PARKING LOT WHEN IT WAS
FOUND TO BE LESS THAN IDEAL CONDITION. AT THAT TIME, MTI TESTED THE SUBGRADE AND
FOUND IT TO BE THE ISSUE. THE SUBGRADE WAS REMOVED DOWN TO 18 INCHES, REPLACED
AND COMPACTED. NEW TESTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED BY MTI AND FOUND TO PASS
INSPECTION.
