Close the existing driveway on York Street with standard vertical curb, gutter and an attached 5-foot concrete sidewalk to match the surrounding improvements.
Provide private open space that is configured as a15-feet by 25-feet rectangle located in the rear yard of each unit (between the home and the proposed parking pad). This space may include the required side yard setbacks).
